Local customers *MUST* confirm the style is not already registered for their school by contacting us at sales@joycestpr.com before order is fulfilled.
Before placing your order, please make sure to reference the designer’s specific size chart or contact a Joyce’s TPR staff member to ensure you’re selecting the correct size. Most dresses do require minor alterations for a perfect fit.

We DO NOT offer refunds, cancellations, transfers, or exchanges of any kind. Please order carefully.
Inspection Notice: Items are carefully inspected by multiple members of our team to ensure they are in excellent, ready-to-wear condition. During this inspection we check for items such as loose or missing beadwork, missing hooks and eyes, and other visible flaws. The names of the employees who completed this inspection are listed on the packing slip included with your order.
Due to the delicate nature of formalwear and hand-beaded garments, we cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process or for repairs needed after the dress is delivered, including damage resulting from trying on, alterations, or normal wear.
If you believe there is an issue with the condition of your dress upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can review the situation. Please include clear photos and a description of the issue in an email to sales@joycestpr.com.
This inspection notice applies to current styles purchased at the original MSRP. For SALE or DISCOUNTED items, customers are advised in the product description that the items are styles that can no longer be special ordered. Many of these dresses have been tried on previously, and their condition can range from brand new to visibly worn. Possible damage may include loose or missing beadwork, dirt on the hem, holes, or snags. All Sale or Discounted items are sold AS IS, and the customer is responsible for any repairs needed.
Please note: Inventory is also available in-store and sells quickly. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the unfulfilled item.
